These MFL BrainBox games are a great way to improve children's foreign vocabulary. Children study a card with English and French words on it for ten seconds. After this time the dice is rolled and there are two levels of fun. Level One uses only the French words on the card, but might say, for example, 'What colour is le toit?' (What colour is the roof?). In Level Two, the questions are entirely in the target language. Helping children to learn French vocabulary on topics including the house and each of its rooms, days of the week and parts of the body, this BrainBox supports the teaching of French in a fun and engaging way. C'est bon!
