These MFL BrainBox games are a great way to improve children's foreign vocabulary. Children study a card with English and Spanish words on it for ten seconds. After this time the dice is rolled and there are two levels of fun. Level One uses only the Spanish words on the card, but might say, for example, 'What colour is el tejado?' (What colour is the roof?). In Level Two, the questions are entirely in the target language. Helping children to learn Spanish vocabulary on topics including the family, the weather and different shops, this BrainBox supports the teaching of Spanish in a fun and engaging way.
